Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer projects from RFQ through delivery and post-sale support.
  • Develop project scopes, customer requirement documents, timelines, and delivery plans.
  • Ensure commercial terms, pricing agreements, and customer expectations are aligned across internal teams.
  • Partner with sales executives to support quotations, proposals, and customer program planning.
  • Serve as primary customer contact for milestones, technical clarifications, and delivery schedules.
  • Lead customer status reviews and program performance reporting.
  • Translate customer demand, forecasts, and orders into production-ready schedules.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to ensure capacity, materials, and labor.
