Pay Rate : $45 to $50 an hour on W2

Job Summary

Plan, oversee and coordinate the organizational change management activities throughout the whole project life cycle of a system implementation.

Primary focus is to ensure the organization adopts new technology and processes.

Along with technology implementations, other aspects of the Organizational Change process may include, but are not limited to, communications management, risk assessment, and workforce/human resources transformations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive work-stream delivery through full project lifecycle by successfully completing the projects to required client schedule, budget and scope
• Apply best practices from prior involvement in large-scale people change initiatives
• Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change with heavy emphasis on remote workforce
• Perform the relevant and typical project management processes such as; initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close
• Perform the supporting project management processes such as; scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management
• Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side change caused by projects and change efforts
• Plan the project based on a defined need - results in detailed scope/budget/schedule baseline
• Monitor and control the work to ensure that the project remains on track and on budget with the required quality Interface and communicate with project team, management and stakeholders Identify and understand current controls gaps and develop and execute plan to remediate

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or other related discipline
• PMP Certification Record of project management and delivery to time and cost for large projects
• Experience managing regulatory change projects
• Prior experience with vendor software implementations, conversion/migration projects, organization change management and process re engineering initiatives
