Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate software development projects, ensuring smooth collaboration with business partners, operational teams, and other stakeholders.
- Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage project fragmentation, handle user stories, and maintain consistency in the development process.
- Adapt to a highly dynamic environment, managing releases with different cadences and dependencies on other teams and processes.
- Be accountable for the successful delivery of each project, demonstrating the willingness to take ownership and escalate issues when necessary.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years experience as a Technical PM in App Development projects.
- Proven experience as a Sr Project Manager, preferably in the aviation industry or a comparable domain with large-scale in-house applications.
- Experience leading and coordinating software development projects, driving daily stand-ups and running scrum meetings.
- Proficiency with PM tools (preferably Azure DevOps) for managing project tasks, fragmentation, and consistency.
- Ability to work effectively with both onshore and offshore teams, maintaining open communication and coordination.
- Tolerance for a highly dynamic environment, where priorities can shift rapidly, and adaptability is key to success.
