Summary: The role of Project Management/Business Systems Analyst with Data Warehouse experience is focused on coordinating finance requirements and IT efforts for data harmonization projects within the pharmaceutical industry. The position requires a project management-oriented individual to ensure alignment and accountability across teams. This is a remote position with a minimum duration of one year and a high possibility of extension. The candidate will be responsible for leading requirements gathering, issue tracking, and maintaining essential documentation for data workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering and issue tracking for finance data workflows.
  • Ensure Finance signs off on data validation and issue resolutions.
  • Maintain mapping tables and ETL workflow inventories as inputs into data harmonization roadmap.
  • Partner with IT PMs to develop and maintain the harmonization roadmap.
  • Consolidate SQL queries and transformations in preparation for bronze gold ETL handoff of requirements to IT.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT industry.
  • At least 2+ years of Project Management and Coordination experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a Data Warehouse environment and ETL technologies.
  • 2+ years of Data Analysis/Development experience required.
  • At least 2+ years of SQL experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills Must.
  • Organization Skills and Cross-functional Coordination.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical industry (highly preferred).

We are looking to hire a candidate with the skills sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients within the pharmaceutical Industry. This is a Remote position.

Overview:

Finance-led data harmonization projects need a resource for dedicated ownership for finance requirements gathering, validation tracking, and coordination with IT. This slows delivery and increases rework risk.

Resource Needs: a project management-focused resource to coordinate across Finance and IT, ensuring alignment and accountability for data harmonization efforts.

Responsibilities:
