Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and updating excel spreadsheets/data reports on a weekly basis.
  • Content managing websites and landing pages.
  • Briefing the creative studio on new artwork and assets.
  • Checking and proofing artwork against briefs.
  • Managing systems and workflows on behalf of the wider team.
  • Organising meetings, taking notes and sharing actions as required.
  • Utilising AI to support and improve overall processes.
  • Coordinating day-to-day activities across multiple workstreams.
  • Documenting discussions and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Maintaining data accuracy across systems and contributing to improving processes.

Key Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data tracking, basic analysis, reporting).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Project Executive – 12 month FTC Remote (with monthly/quarterly meeting in Birmingham) £29-33k

We are looking for an experienced Project Executive on a 12 month FTC to join a dynamic in-house marketing team that also have their own internal design agency specialising in B2C dental and health marketing. This is an exciting role working with an entrepreneurial team where you will work with key stakeholders in the Marketing, Creative and Operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently, co-ordinating day-to-day activities across multiple workstreams, organise meetings and events as well as briefing the creative studio on new artwork and assets. This is a predominantly remote role with weekly Zoom calls and quarterly face-to-face meetings in Birmingham - occasionally a monthly meeting if needed. You would be based no more than 1.5 hours from Birmingham), salary £29-33k depending on experience.

About the role

As Project Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. You will coordinate day-to-day activities across multiple workstreams, organise meetings, document discussions, and track follow-up actions. You will also maintain data accuracy across systems and contribute to improving processes, helping streamline workflows and enhance overall project delivery. You will report to their Senior Project Manager as well as work alongside both the Marketing and Operations teams. The role is varied and the main responsibilities include;

You will work largely independently and will be given autonomy to shape the role accordingly.

About you;

You are organized, adaptable and work well in a busy environment, being able to work independently and proactively to ensure that projects are delivered on time. You have either worked in a creative agency or worked in a busy marketing team You have previous experience in a project support / project assistant / coordination role, within a marketing department or creative agency. You have experience using Excel for tracking and reporting. You have worked with CRM and workflow systems You have ideally had exposure to project management processes or frameworks (formal or informal). You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
