We are looking for a Project Engineer with strong hands-on infrastructure experience to support multiple client environments in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment.
The ideal candidate should be a well-rounded IT infrastructure engineer, not focused on only one area. You should have experience with networking, servers, virtualization, cloud, Microsoft 365, storage, security, and migrations.
Responsibilities
- 5+ years of IT Infrastructure/Engineering experience
- 3+ years of IT project implementation experience
- Lead and deliver infrastructure projects.
- Perform network, server, cloud, virtualization, and Microsoft 365 implementations.
- Support migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure refresh projects.
- Work with Project Managers and other engineers.
- Provide technical support and mentoring to junior engineers.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions after project completion.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, typically one week per month.
- Provide occasional escalation support to the Service Desk.
