Summary: The EMEA GTM Senior Analyst role focuses on enhancing operational processes and implementing Go-To-Market strategies within a remote working environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the analysis, documentation, and assessment of new commercial routes as identified by senior team members.
  • Manage and track framework participation, including bidding processes, content preparation, revisions, and submissions across various EMEA countries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments and build relationships with diverse business partners in an international environment.
  • Create framework maintenance plans and manage framework governance and obligations.
  • Develop enablement plans, stakeholder communications, training materials, and support documentation related to Client processes and public sector purchasing rules across EMEA frameworks.
  • Analyze existing market routes to drive improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Share best practices with the wider GPS Strategic Operations team to enhance the quality and efficiency of the EMEA GTM program.

Key Skills:

  • 4+ years of project management experience with a consistent track record of delivering significant projects.
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT-focused organization selling into the Public Sector, with strong knowledge of public sector procurement processes.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Public Procurement Frameworks such as G-Cloud, CONSIP, and UGAP.
  • Experience in roles such as Business Analysis, Project Management, Consulting, and Strategy and Planning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of business.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovate while maintaining scalability and repeatability in processes.
  • Experience with direct and indirect selling models.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and capable of collaborating with international remote teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Cloud Computing concepts.

looking for a Business Analyst who will focus on delivering efficient, proactive, and innovative operational processes while continuously improving operational execution and implementing new Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.

These strategies include frameworks, whole-of-government agreements, and various contract vehicles.

This role requires a broad skill set including project management, strong attention to detail, problem analysis, and resolution, along with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously across different priority levels and deadlines.
