Summary: The role of Project Coordinator / Project Controller involves supporting the delivery of large-scale cyber security projects within a Professional Services team. The position requires maintaining project governance, documentation, and reporting while collaborating with various stakeholders. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in project coordination within technology or cyber security sectors. The contract is initially for 12 months and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Project Managers across multiple Professional Services engagements.
- Maintaining project plans, RAID logs, action logs, and decision logs.
- Tracking project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Updating and maintaining PMO systems with accurate project information.
- Producing project status reports and dashboards.
- Coordinating meetings, workshops, and steering committees.
- Recording meeting minutes and following up on actions.
- Monitoring project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring they're logged and escalated where required.
- Supporting financial tracking, forecasting, and project administration.
- Working closely with internal delivery teams, consultants, customers, and third-party vendors.
- Ensuring governance processes and project documentation are completed to a high standard.
Key Skills:
- Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Controller, or PMO function supporting complex technology or cyber security projects.
- Experience with Professional Services or Consultancy delivery teams.
- Familiarity with global technology or cyber security vendors.
- Ability to maintain RAID logs, risk registers, and project documentation.
- Knowledge of PMO governance and project reporting.
- Skills in project planning and scheduling.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.

We're working with a global leader in cyber security who is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator / Project Controller to join their Professional Services team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support the successful delivery of large-scale customer projects, working alongside Project Managers, Consultants and customer stakeholders. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects remain organised, compliant and on track by maintaining project governance, reporting and documentation.
