Summary: The Project Contracts Specialist will be responsible for enhancing and organizing commercial contracts while ensuring effective communication with external clients and suppliers. This role involves improving administrative processes, creating documentation, and delivering training to colleagues. The position is a 3-month rolling contract, allowing for significant impact in a short timeframe. The role offers the flexibility to work completely remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve administrative processes relating to commercial contracts across the organization
- Create a suite of documentation that streamlines and simplifies work with clients and suppliers
- Develop and deliver training to educate colleagues on effective use of systems/processes and improve understanding of a variety of terms/contracts
- Focus on past documentation and understanding of current challenges to improve future functionality
- Work alongside external lawyers who will provide additional support for more complex legal contracts
- Onboard and negotiate with new clients
Key Skills:
- Experience in reviewing and drafting a variety of commercial contracts, including client and supplier agreements with a legal focus
- Able to demonstrate commercial acumen
- Highly organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Technologically proficient
- A law degree or equivalent experience is beneficial
