Summary: The Project Analyst role involves reviewing and analyzing invoices for accuracy, performing financial analysis, and supporting financing programs. The position requires the development of dashboards and insights for leadership, ensuring data accuracy across reporting tools. Additionally, the analyst will conduct research and synthesize information to support strategic planning and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer agreements
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including validation of calculations and savings verification
- Support financing programs by calculating payback scenarios and validating customer-requested funding amounts
- Ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Process financing/loan applications to ensure they are correctly applied and reflected on customer billing
- Identify discrepancies and investigate data to ensure financial integrity
- Build, maintain, and update complex spreadsheets to support operational and financial tracking
- Develop and manage dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and systems
- Assist in the development of presentations and executive-level PowerPoint decks
- Support strategic initiatives through data gathering, analysis, and visualization
- Translate complex data into clear, concise insights for stakeholders
- Conduct research on regulatory filings, policy changes, and decision language
- Gather and synthesize information from multiple sources to support strategic planning
- Provide insights and summaries to inform business decisions and strategy
