Summary: We’re seeking a PMO Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract, specifically targeting candidates with a background in financial services or pensions. This fully remote role requires a proactive individual skilled in administration and project support, with a strong understanding of relevant rules and legislation. The position involves organizing meetings, managing invoices, and analyzing referrals within the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise meetings and forums for Director & direct reports
- Produce short notes of some meetings
- Assist with logging and invoicing of PPF levies
- Set up PO requests and manage team invoices
- Analyse MySupport referrals common themes / RCA
- Collate meeting documents/slide decks
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a PMO, administrative, or project support role within the pensions or financial services industry
- Excellent organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
