Summary: We’re seeking a PMO Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract, specifically targeting candidates with a background in financial services or pensions. This fully remote role requires a proactive individual skilled in administration and project support, with a strong understanding of relevant rules and legislation. The position involves organizing meetings, managing invoices, and analyzing referrals within the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise meetings and forums for Director & direct reports
  • Produce short notes of some meetings
  • Assist with logging and invoicing of PPF levies
  • Set up PO requests and manage team invoices
  • Analyse MySupport referrals common themes / RCA
  • Collate meeting documents/slide decks

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in a PMO, administrative, or project support role within the pensions or financial services industry
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
