Key Responsibilities:
- Develop custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage users, roles, and instance upgrades while configuring modules like CMDB, Incident, and Change.
- Integrate APIs and facilitate data exchange between systems.
- Automate processes using Flow Designer and Studio.
- Design user-friendly service catalogs and manage request processes.
- Create dashboards and performance analytics for meaningful insights.
- Collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
- Commit to continuous learning and adaptability in a rapidly evolving platform.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, and Glide API.
