Programme Testing Lead - Halo ITSM

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Programme Testing Lead to own the end-to-end testing strategy for a large-scale Halo ITSM transformation programme, covering SIT, UAT, OAT and defect management across multiple phases and deployment waves.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the integrated testing strategy, plans, governance and quality gates.
• Manage SIT, UAT and OAT through execution, sign-off and go-live.
• Coordinate business, technical and supplier stakeholders across programme workstreams.
• Own defect triage, prioritisation, escalation, resolution and reporting.
• Provide senior stakeholders with visibility of testing progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support operational readiness, Hypercare and successful service transition.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience leading testing strategies on large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong SIT, UAT, OAT and defect management expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously, combining strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.

Desirable: HaloITSM, ITSM/ITIL, service transition and ISTQB experience.
