Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation, execution and reporting of manual and automated testing
- Lead and coordinate business and technical teams to ensure timely analysis and resolution of defects
- Build and manage the test resource profile
- Onboard and embed appropriate test tools
- Produce clear, high-quality test reporting and analysis, both in written format and in governance forums
- Forecast defect trends and test execution progress
- Ensure internal and external suppliers maximise test coverage ahead of integration testing
- Operate effectively within a multi-supplier, multi-stakeholder environment

My client are seeking an experienced Programme Test Manager to lead the mobilisation and planning of testing across complex public-sector programmes.
This role is well suited to a hands-on testing leader with a proven background in large-scale, multi-supplier environments and the ability to operate confidently across multiple stakeholders.
Remote with ad hoc travel
The Role
You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end testing strategy across a complex programme, ensuring robust planning, execution, governance and reporting throughout the delivery lifecycle.
