Summary: The Programme / Project Planner (SAP EWM) role involves leading the planning for a global SAP EWM deployment within a long-term transformation programme. This position requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project to manage complex plans across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning for SAP EWM across a global rollout, aligning to a completed global template and standard approach.
- Define and govern a consistent planning framework, ensuring alignment across workstreams, dependencies, and integration points.
- Partner with Project Managers, Workstream Leads, and System Integrators to maintain high-quality plans with clear ownership and measurable deliverables.
- Embed risk, issue, and dependency management into planning to support proactive mitigation and informed decision-making.
- Manage resource demand and capacity across workstreams, optimising allocation to support efficient execution.
- Own and maintain the integrated programme roadmap, connecting strategic objectives to detailed deployment schedules and providing scenario planning for leadership.
- Establish KPIs, reporting, and governance to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
- Enable cross-functional collaboration through planning tools, standards, and ways of working—adapting as programme needs evolve.

We’re supporting a long-term global transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Programme / Project Planner with SAP EWM expertise to lead planning across a multi-year rollout. This is an initial 6-month contract , with a strong likelihood of multiple extensions as the programme will run for several years.
Location: Mainly Remote

Rate: Daily rate negotiable, dependent on experience
