Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and manage the programme plan, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Monitor delivery against key programme milestones and critical path items, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Support workstream-level planning, ensuring individual projects are aligned with the broader programme objectives.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure seamless programme execution.
  • Provide regular reporting on programme status, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Facilitate programme-level governance, including meetings, documentation, and decision tracking.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in programme management, ideally within complex, multi-project environments.
  • Strong understanding of programme and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
