  • Fluent English and business-level Spanish (spoken and written).

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead and coordinate strategic programmes across North American stakeholders. This is a high-profile role requiring exceptional programme delivery expertise, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively within a complex international environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, driving programme outcomes, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience operating as a Senior Programme Manager within a large and complex Financial Services organisation.
  • Fluent English and business-level Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders in Spanish. Conversational Spanish alone will not be sufficient.
  • Strong programme governance, planning, risk, and dependency management experience.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience delivering technology, infrastructure, or transformation programmes.
  • Understanding of core infrastructure concepts, including:
    • Servers
    • Storage technologies
    • Mainframe environments
    • Logical Partitions (LPARs)
    • Capacity management and data sizing concepts
  • Whilst deep infrastructure expertise is preferred, candidates with strong programme management experience and a solid understanding of infrastructure fundamentals will also be considered.

Working Hours

This role requires a consistent working pattern aligned to North American stakeholders, typically 1:00pm – 9:00pm UK time. As programme activity intensifies, flexibility may be required to support key migration events, stakeholder meetings, and delivery milestones during US business hours.
