Summary: The Programme Manager will lead initiatives within the ACaaS growth squad, focusing on managing projects related to lead generation and the delivery of solutions to Enterprise customers. This role requires collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across various geographies to ensure project success and timely completion. The Programme Manager will establish governance structures, track performance against KPIs, and proactively manage risks to drive accountability and focus within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with project manager(s), sales, product, strategic ventures, and marketing teams to define tasks, timelines, owners, priorities, and success metrics.
- Manage project teams of multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure programme delivery is executed in line with agreed timelines, scope, standards, and budget.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive plans for the programme portfolio, capturing key milestones, deliverables, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Work with project manager(s) and key stakeholders to track progress and performance of projects within the ACaaS group against KPIs and plans, identifying areas for improvement and course correction as needed.
- Establish a clear programme governance structure and an effective, regular reporting cadence to drive cross-functional collaboration, visibility of progress, and escalation of risks.
- Drive accountability, ownership, and focus to ensure clear responsibilities and strong awareness of deadlines to enable a fast pace of delivery.
- Regularly communicate, challenge, and influence at all levels to ensure the teams remain focused and work in accordance with key agreed priorities and programme goals.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, roadblocks, and dependencies to prevent or reduce impact on programme delivery.

- Experience dealing with enterprise customers.
- Demonstrable experience of successful project delivery with limited resources in a fast-paced and changing environment, in line with budget.
- Leadership of multi-disciplinary teams in a Matrix and virtual environment to deliver results.
- Experience managing programmes spanning multiple geographies, working with both global and local business stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly build meaningful relationships with strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
