Job Description

We are seeking an SC cleared Programme Manager with contact centre experience for an initial 6-month contract. This role requires a professional who can manage and oversee programmes efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.

• Manage and oversee programmes within the contact centre.
• Ensure compliance with security clearance (SC) requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Implement and monitor project management processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of programme milestones.

• Proven experience in programme management.
• Experience working in a contact centre environment.
• Current SC clearance.
• Strong project management skills.

You will be working in a professional contact centre environment. The role may involve working with various technologies and adhering to security protocols due to the SC clearance requirement. Flexibility and attention to detail will be essential.

This is a Contract position based out of London, United Kingdom but is largely fully remote
