Summary: The role of Programme Manager (Cloud Infrastructure) involves leading a major cloud infrastructure program with a focus on service provider and global financial experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of a cloud infrastructure and application migration program.
- Manage scope, roadmap, and delivery cadence using standardized PMO artefacts.
- Lead governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement across the cloud operating model.

Key Scope: Own end?to?end delivery of a cloud infrastructure and application migration program within a defined cloud transformation operating model , acting as the single point of accountability for scope, schedule, cost, risk, and outcomes across all migration and platform workstreams, in line with PMO governance standards
Manages scope, roadmap, and delivery cadence using standardized PMO artefacts (e.g. integrated plans, migration waves, dependency maps, executive dashboards), providing clear leadership?level visibility of cloud readiness, migration progress, and risks.
Leads governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement across the cloud operating model, proactively managing risks related to security, resilience, performance, and cutover, and ensuring escalations follow defined PMO and transformation governance forums.
Demonstrates senior program leadership capability consistent with PMO standards, typically with 10+ years' experience delivering complex technology transformations, strong financial and contract management skills, excellent executive communication, and proficiency with PM tooling (PMP preferred).
Applies PMO financial and commercial controls to cloud programs, including budgeting, forecasting, change control, and SOW governance, ensuring financial accuracy, transparency, and alignment to agreed cloud transformation milestones and benefits realization.
