Program Manager with Strong Insurance Domain & Data background (Remote)

Summary: The Program Manager role focuses on leading enterprise data initiatives within the insurance domain, specifically targeting Broker, Agency, and Intermediary business models. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and govern enterprise data initiatives within the insurance domain.
• Drive strategic planning and oversee end-to-end data program execution.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment between business objectives and data platform delivery.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Insurance Broker, Agency, and Intermediary operations.
• Translate business processes, KPIs, and regulatory requirements into structured data program initiatives.
• Define the data program roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
• Establish data governance standards, policies, and compliance controls.
• Ensure alignment between architecture standards and program delivery milestones.
• Manage multiple interdependent data projects under a unified program structure.
• Oversee the end-to-end data lifecycle — data acquisition, storage, transformation, reporting, and archival.
• Ensure timely delivery, scope control, and quality assurance across all initiatives.
