Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager Tech in Redmond, WA.
Summary:
In this role, you will partner with our Community Management team and Operations pillar to help manage and grow our owned social media channels, create, and implement social strategies and campaigns, and engage with players and brands, and influencers on our social media platforms. As a Program Manager Tech, you will report to our Organic Social Campaign Lead. Your focus will be on ideating concepts for the main Program social channels, managing content calendars, scheduling, drafting copy and posting on our social media channels, as well as monitoring (including potential for light moderation duties) as well as working with the Program campaign team to promote campaigns and game updates in a social-first manner.
Key Tasks:
* Program Manager Tech will design and implement social media strategy that resonates with our diverse and global audience and aligns with the Program's overarching brand, tone of voice, and social strategy
* Define channel priorities and set goals/targets aligned to business goals and audience insights
* Create social media campaigns for key beats in partnership with our Marketing, PR and Game teams
* Host content ideation and team brainstorms
* As a Program Manager Tech, you will generate and publish social content and engage with audiences daily
* Curate user generated content (UGC) and identify potential influencers, creators, and customer voices to highlight and work with
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years of experience in social media strategy planning, goal setting, and implementation
* Experience managing high volume social media channels for well-known video game publishers, video game equipment manufacturers or similar organizations within/supporting the gaming sector is mandatory
* Copywriting experience for social media and an ability to easily adapt to tone of voice
* Exceptional knowledge of social media, which means you stay up to date with new trends and features
* Understanding of community engagement and audience strategy
* Competent with Office 365 and analytics tools (Sprinklr and native social media analytics experience preferred)
* Excellent data analysis and storytelling skills
* Creative self-starter with superb communication skills, and passion for gaming
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to adapt quickly (as is the nature of social media)
* Ability to influence without authority
* Program knowledge and experience is highly preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
