Summary: The Program Manager Tech 3 role involves interfacing with developers on both technical and business issues throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery. The position requires driving program schedules, creating functional specifications, and providing analytical information to Product Managers and Product Unit Managers. Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with developers on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.
• Drive program/project schedules and status reports.
• Create and/or review multiple functional specifications for decision-making on product or service implementation.
• Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information from data and dashboards/reports.
