- 4+ years of Supply Chain experience with understanding of forecast accuracy and operational planning.
- 2-3+ years of large-scale program or implementation experience, preferably with systems like SAP.
- 3-4 years of program/project management experience, including task tracking and cross-functional coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Program Manager Tech 2 (Supply Chain).
Responsibilities:
* Interface with clients, as required, on technical matters and/or project subject matters from project initiation through delivery
* Provide program/project schedules and status reports
* Create the functional specification, requirements and/or scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product, service and/or project will be implemented
* Provide technical and/or analytical information to Product Managers, as required
* Organize cross functional activities ensuring that the program is completed on schedule and within budget constraints
* May manage/oversee project
Typical Day in the Role:
* Partner closely with the hiring manager to support a large scale supply chain software implementation (SAP IBP), moving from design/build phases into full implementation
* Participate in and support UAT cycles, including identifying and documenting bugs, monitoring progress, and tracking follow ups
* Drive cross functional communication, ensuring teams complete assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and stay aligned with project milestones
* Run or support weekly team communications and recurring meetings, including preparing agendas, sending updates, and coordinating next steps
* Work in a mix of collaborative and heads down execution, adjusting weekly to evolving project needs
REQUIREMENTS:
* 4+ years of Supply Chain experience; Must understand concepts like forecast accuracy and operational planning
* 2-3+ years of Large Scale Program or Implementation experience; Preferably systems implementation such as SAP or similar
* 3-4 years of Program/Project Management experience; Includes tracking tasks, coordinating cross functional efforts, running meetings, following up on deliverables
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
