Program Manager Manufacturing Execution System

Summary: The Program Manager for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) will lead and manage MES projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires a strong technical background and proven experience in MES transformations, along with the ability to drive process optimization and foster collaboration among cross-functional teams. The position is primarily remote but requires occasional travel to Harrisburg, PA. The candidate must possess strong leadership and project management skills to effectively engage stakeholders and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage MES projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Drive transformation initiatives within MES projects, optimizing processes and systems for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, including Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) considerations.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging team members to contribute to project success.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for MES systems and transformations.
• Lead technical discussions and problem-solving sessions, leveraging your expertise to guide the team.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
