Summary: This role is for a Senior Manager to lead the Invoice-to-Cash (ITC) technology transformation as part of a broader Digital Core program. The position involves collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive technology-enabled change, manage a portfolio of projects, and ensure effective governance and integration across systems. The role is remote and is offered on a 6-month contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the ITC technology agenda, partnering with senior leaders, functional teams, and technology stakeholders.
- Introduce best practices and technology trends to improve ITC process efficiency, effectiveness, financial controls, and insights.
- Lead the design and implementation of ITC Edge system solutions within the Digital Core program.
- Manage delivery of ITC transformation projects (eg, High Radius) across cross-functional teams, including technology, business, and external consultants.
- Oversee governance processes, ensuring efficient decision-making, clear communication, and alignment with program objectives.
- Take ownership of budgets and finance processes across the ITC project portfolio, including BAU, Digital Core, and other transformation initiatives.
Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of ITC technologies such as S/4 HANA, High Radius, Esker, RPA, and Celonis, with a strong understanding of how these tools drive business value and process optimization.
- Proven experience across the system integration life cycle: solution design, deployment, integration, data migration, and data model design.
- Track record of leading complex digital transformation programs, ideally within a consultancy or large global organization.
- Strong resilience and adaptability, with the ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and present complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership competencies: navigating ambiguity, independent decision-making, leading and directing teams, program and portfolio management (including Agile delivery).

- £75.57 PAYE (Inside IR35)
