Key Responsibilities:
- Manage integrity programs, partnerships, and policy workstreams, ensuring smooth operations.
- Triage inbound partner issues, prioritizing and working with internal teams to find scalable solutions.
- Drive process improvements by identifying recurring issues and developing resolution strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, building strong relationships.
- Communicate policy guidance and best practices to partners.
- Support product launches by providing insights, issuing guidance, and collecting feedback.
- Deliver internal progress reports to keep key stakeholders informed.
Key Skills:
- 4+ years’ experience in tech, social media, digital media, or news publishing.
- Strong background in programme management, partner management, and operations.
- Experience working cross-functionally across global teams in a fast-paced environment.
