  • Proven experience (X+ years) as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager in IT or related fields.
  • Strong expertise with JIRA and related reporting tools.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple workstreams.
  • Experience in managing milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
