Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate multiple workstreams across a complex data centre exit and mainframe transition programme.
- Act as the key interface between the consultancy, client stakeholders, and technical delivery teams.
- Manage programme governance, reporting, dependencies, risks, and delivery oversight.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure transformation or hosting transition programmes.
- Strong background in data centre exit, estate consolidation, or managed services transition programmes.
- Experience working within mainframe, legacy, or core systems environments.
- Exposure to IBM Z, z/OS, hosted mainframe services, or hybrid infrastructure environments is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and programme governance experience.
- Experience managing budgets, RAID, dependencies, and SLA-driven delivery.
- Experience working with enterprise consultancies or managed service providers.

We’re supporting a global consultancy delivering a large-scale enterprise transition programme for a major end client. The programme is focused on transitioning critical workloads and services from an existing data centre environment into a managed mainframe and hosted services platform as part of a wider data centre exit initiative.
We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager to coordinate multiple workstreams across the programme, acting as the key interface between the consultancy, delivery teams and the end client.
Experience Required
- Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure transformation or hosting transition programmes
- Strong background in data centre exit, estate consolidation or managed services transition programmes
- Experience working within mainframe, legacy or core systems environments
