Summary: The Integrity Partnerships and Programs Manager will oversee product and policy-related projects within the Integrity Partnership team, focusing on managing internal projects and fostering relationships with external partners. This remote role requires collaboration across various teams to resolve issues, enhance processes, and support product launches. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong communication skills and experience in managing external relationships. Attention to detail, critical thinking, and effective time management are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support integrity programs, partnerships, and policy workstreams.
  • Manage and resolve inbound operational issues affecting external partners.
  • Identify recurring issues, develop solutions, and improve internal processes.
  • Draft and present internal progress reports.
  • Build and manage relationships with external business partners.
  • Communicate policy guidance and best practices externally.
  • Support product launches by providing guidance and gathering partner feedback.

  • 4+ years of experience in tech, social media, news publishing, or digital media industries.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Experience working at a major tech platform (nice to have).
  • Proficiency with Excel (nice to have).
