Key Responsibilities:

  • Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business strategy
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, and roadmaps
  • Oversee multiple projects and ensure interdependencies are managed effectively
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams
  • Provide regular program updates, status reports, and risk assessments
  • Establish program governance frameworks, standards, and best practices
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct program reviews and audits as needed
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across projects
  • Resolve escalations and remove roadblocks impacting program delivery
  • Allocate resources effectively across projects
  • Monitor program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
  • Define KPIs and track program performance against targets
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Proven experience in program or project management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana)
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
