Summary: The Program Manager for Generative AI will lead partner-driven projects and oversee the delivery of innovative AI solutions within a fully remote, 12-month contract. This role involves coordinating initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of Proof of Concept projects. The position is part of a dynamic team focused on advancing AI technologies in collaboration with startups and organizations across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate partner initiatives and ensure delivery of scalable GenAI POCs and investment solutions.
  • Track and report on partner pipeline development and performance metrics across the EMEA region.
  • Manage contract development, negotiation, and maintenance with key stakeholders.
  • Review and prioritise incoming GenAI partner opportunities, collaborating with regional teams to assign appropriate strategists and partners.
  • Drive communication between internal account teams and external partners to validate opportunities and align resources effectively.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Experience managing sales or financial metrics in a technical or innovation-focused environment.
  • Confidence engaging and influencing technical stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Natural relationship builder, capable of earning trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Comfortable digging into data, contracts, and technical detail to ensure smooth delivery.

This group partners with some of the world’s most exciting startups to accelerate the development of Generative AI tools, applications, and infrastructure. From model providers to next-gen SaaS solutions, the team supports organisations as they scale their GenAI strategies - responsibly, efficiently, and with long-term impact in mind. We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to coordinate partner-led projects and drive delivery of GenAI solutions through collaborative Proof of Concept work and ongoing stakeholder alignment. The Team You’ll be joining a high-performing, international team of strategists, engineers, scientists, and solution architects who are deeply embedded in the startup ecosystem. With support from US and EMEA teams, you’ll play a key role in helping expand the GenAI programme across the region.
