Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and detect service disruptions/incidents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tech and business sides to contain impacts
  • Ensure data quality for KPIs related to resolved incidents and completed RCAs
  • Summarize data for internal and external communication
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in stability and reliability
  • Support weekend shifts and on-call duties as needed

Key Skills:

  • 7+ years in banking or FinTech industries
  • Experience in a FinTech organization
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
  • Incident Management knowledge
  • Technical Program Management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Understanding of Problem Management
  • Data Analytics skills (SQL, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of monitoring tools (Splunk, Wavefront)
  • Cross-functional interaction experience
  • Technical background is a plus
