Key Responsibilities:

- 12+ years of program management experience, with at least 5 years in the healthcare industry (provider, payer, public health, digital health, etc.).
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional healthcare initiatives.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and/or health IT systems (e.g., EHR/EMR, claims, HL7, FHIR).
- Experience managing compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS, FDA).
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field.
