Summary: We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee a multi-year Guidewire SaaS implementation for Personal Lines insurance products. This role demands exceptional leadership to manage various workstreams and vendor relationships over a 5-year timeline. The candidate will directly manage integration workstream leads and project managers from a Systems Integrator partner. Proven experience in large-scale SaaS implementations is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program management for Guidewire SaaS implementation across Personal Lines (Auto and Home initial scope)
- Develop and maintain program roadmap, timelines, and deliverables for 5-year implementation
- Coordinate hybrid project methodology combining Scrum (team-level, 2-week sprints) with Predictive planning (program-level)
- Drive program governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Oversee and manage project managers from Systems Integrator partner
- Direct management of Eliassen's integration workstream project manager
- Ensure accountability and delivery quality from all vendor teams
- Facilitate effective collaboration between internal teams and external partners
- Manage complex integration requirements with multiple internal enterprise systems
- Coordinate integration workstream activities and deliverables
- Ensure technical architecture aligns with business requirements and enterprise standards
- Oversee data migration planning and execution
- Lead comprehensive testing strategy and execution (client-managed testing approach)
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and Performance Testing
- Coordinate testing activities across all workstreams and vendor deliverables
- Ensure quality gates and acceptance criteria are met before go-live activities
- Serve as primary program interface with executive leadership and business stakeholders
- Facilitate program steering committee meetings and executive reporting
- Manage program communications, status reporting, and escalation procedures
- Coordinate change management and business readiness activities
Key Skills:
- Guidewire platform experience (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
- Insurance industry background, particularly Personal Lines (Auto/Home)
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification
- Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, SAFe, etc.)
- Experience with large-scale organizational change management
