Program Manager Digital Transformation

Summary: The Program Manager for Digital Transformation will oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programs, engaging with CXO-level stakeholders to influence strategy and outcomes. This role requires leadership in governance, reporting, and risk management across various workstreams while managing both onshore and offshore teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT services and consulting, particularly within regulated industries.

• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-million-dollar transformation programs
• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to shape outcomes and strategy
• Lead governance, reporting, milestones, and risk management across multiple workstreams
• Manage cross-functional onshore & offshore teams for seamless execution
• Drive success in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Life Sciences, and Non-Profit verticals

• 15+ years in IT services/consulting, with 5+ years as a Program Manager

• Expertise in at least two domains: CRM, Integration, Data, Core Systems
