Summary: The Program Manager for Digital Transformation will oversee the delivery of large-scale transformation programs, engaging with senior stakeholders to shape strategic outcomes. • Own end-to-end delivery of multi-million-dollar transformation programs
• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to shape outcomes and strategy

• Manage cross-functional onshore & offshore teams for seamless execution
• Drive success in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Life Sciences, and Non-Profit verticals

• 15+ years in IT services/consulting, with 5+ years as a Program Manager
• Proven track record leading complex, global transformation programs
• Expertise in at least two domains: CRM, Integration, Data, Core Systems
