Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with key stakeholders and consultant partners to communicate expectations and timelines.
- Manage tasks, deliverables, and schedules for multiple concurrent technology pilot programs.
- Regularly report project status to stakeholders and manage communication plans, risk logs, and other project artifacts.
- Develop and maintain plans, policies, and procedures for all project phases.
- Drive and participate in design, development, and implementation activities.
- Work closely with developers and testers to ensure functional designs are met.
- Assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project personnel.

Job Summary:
Coordination with key stakeholders and consultant partners to communicate expectations and timelines and to execute the tasks and activities that comprise multiple concurrent technology pilot programs. Project management activities include task, deliverable, and schedule management; regular status reporting to stakeholders; management of a communication plan, risk and issue logs, and other pilot project artifacts; and facilitation between stakeholder groups. Develop and maintain plans, policies, and procedures for all project phases. May drive and participate in design, development and implementation. Work closely with developers and testers to ensure functional designs and also assigns duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project personnel.
In addition to having strong technical skills, you must be comfortable in effectively communicating with business end users, technical IT teams, business partners, network providers, and business process outsourced vendors, all while being sensitive to a wide diversity of cultural and technical backgrounds in a global business environment.
Job Functions:
Previous experience of working in Product Management in entertainment and with technology. Work with AI technology and tooling and an advanced understanding of AI is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Creative ideas and solutions. Team player and commercially focused. Highly motivated. Disciplined and organized with excellent time management skills. Desire and ability to drive projects from inception to completion. Flexible and capable of juggling responsibilities. Comfortable working under pressure.
