Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with key stakeholders and consultant partners to communicate expectations and timelines.
- Execute tasks and activities for multiple concurrent technology pilot programs.
- Manage project activities including task, deliverable, and schedule management.
- Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders and manage communication plans, risk and issue logs.
- Develop and maintain plans, policies, and procedures for all project phases.
- Facilitate collaboration between stakeholder groups and drive design, development, and implementation.
- Work closely with developers and testers to ensure functional designs.
- Assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project personnel.

Job Summary:
Coordination with key stakeholders and consultant partners to communicate expectations and timelines and to execute the tasks and activities that comprise multiple concurrent technology pilot programs. Project management activities include task, deliverable, and schedule management; regular status reporting to stakeholders; management of a communication plan, risk and issue logs, and other pilot project artifacts; and facilitation between stakeholder groups. Develop and maintain plans, policies, and procedures for all project phases. May drive and participate in design, development and implementation. Work closely with developers and testers to ensure functional designs and also assigns duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project personnel.
In addition to having strong technical skills, you must be comfortable in effectively communicating with business end users, technical IT teams, business partners, network providers, and business process outsourced vendors, all while being sensitive to a wide diversity of cultural and technical backgrounds in a global business environment.
Job Functions:
Previous experience of working in Product Management in entertainment and with technology. Work with AI technology and tooling and an advanced understanding of AI is highly desirable.
