Required Experience
- 15+ years of overall experience, ideally within a large financial institution
- Strong Information Security + Technology background
- Proven Program / Project / Portfolio Delivery experience
- Experience working in Scrum / Agile environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to challenge resistance, escalate issues, and drive decisions
- Self-starter who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up
- Demonstrated ability to personally drive critical deliverables
- Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with a Top 5 US Bank
- Hands-on technical background — BA / Developer / Engineer
- PMP / CSM / Six Sigma certifications
- Financial Services / Banking experience
- Experience managing complex InfoSec initiatives and technology programs
