Production Support Analyst, Rate $45/Hr on C2C, Remote Project.

Summary: The Production Support Analyst role involves performing scheduled monitoring checks across Datacap, FileNet, and integrations to ensure smooth data flow and application services. The analyst will track batch processing, monitor dashboards for anomalies, and report issues to the M&O team and stakeholders. This position is remote and requires specific technical skills related to data validation and monitoring tools. The role is focused on maintaining operational efficiency and addressing any issues that arise in the data processing pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled monitoring checks (3 times a day) across Datacap, FileNet, and integrations
• Monitor end-to-end data flow (Scan > Datacap > FileNet > downstream systems)
• Track batch processing, queues, and processing delays
• Monitor application services and data sync across systems
• Validate document flow into FileNet and downstream systems
• Monitor Reveille dashboards and Tableau reports for anomalies
• During network/application issues, perform continuous monitoring to identify downstream impact
• Report and escalate issues to the M&O team and stakeholders

Key Skills:

• Experience monitoring Datacap batch processing, services, and data flow
• Ability to read and interpret application/system logs
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation
• Familiarity with Reveille dashboards and Tableau reports
• Understanding of DMS flow (Scan > Datacap > FileNet > downstream systems)
