Summary: The Production Designer role is a detail-oriented position focused on supporting high-volume creative and production work across various teams. This part-time, fully remote opportunity allows for flexible scheduling, making it suitable for candidates with other commitments. The designer will be responsible for translating brand standards into polished, production-ready assets. Key tasks include updating design assets, customizing materials, and ensuring quality across deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain design assets across multiple formats including PDFs, presentations, digital ads, print materials, and templates
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across pre-designed layouts and systems
- Customize materials for end clients, including benefit forms and branded communications
- Edit and format documents using Adobe InDesign (primary focus) and Adobe Acrobat (PDF editing)
- Swap logos, imagery, colors, and copy with a high degree of accuracy
- Create and modify forms, documents, and simple layouts for both internal and external use
- Produce deliverables using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
- Utilize tools like Adobe Express to generate on-brand assets efficiently
- Prepare files for print and digital distribution (formatting, exporting, packaging)
- Manage multiple incoming requests in a deadline-driven environment
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all deliverables are error-free and aligned with brand standards
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and internal stakeholders to execute projects efficiently
- Track and manage work through project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign (required)
- Experience editing and working with Adobe PDFs (Acrobat)
- Comfortable designing within Microsoft PowerPoint and Word

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
