Product Support Analysts | Digital Advertising Industry
We are hiring urgently Product Support Analysts for our well-known Client's Product & Service Operations (PSO) team to support businesses through scaled service delivery & operations. Our Client blends deep product expertise with operational and analytical skills to design and manage scalable processes that assist millions of advertisers across dozens of complex digital ad products. As part of their PSO team, Product Support Analysts are creative problem solvers who ensure businesses utilize our advertising solutions efficiently and effectively.
Immediate start Contract as Pay As You Earn for 6 months with Extensions
UK - Remote working & you need to have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build technical knowledge and expertise in various digital advertising products.
Provide consultative guidance to sales teams and external clients on best practices and ad product setups.
Troubleshoot and prioritize technical advertising issues, escalating to specialists for further troubleshooting or debugging when needed.
Effectively communicate technical resolutions, workarounds, and product clarifications to sales and account teams.
Ensure a top-tier customer experience when supporting advertising bugs and meet all support SLAs.
Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows and support processes.
Essential Experience/Qualifications/Skills
At least 2 years of ad tech experience in a technical role.
Experience on the App side of online advertising.
Strong experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated exposure to coding or reviewing code.
A Computer Science background is a plus, but not mandatory.
Experience working with a ticketing system (this will be 90% of the role).
Additional Skills and Knowledge
Experience in Digital Advertising and/or the Technology industry (campaign attribution, web development codes like JavaScript) with ideally 5-7 years of experience.
Familiarity with troubleshooting and ticket escalation processes.
Ability to translate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.
Experience with advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems.
Hands-on experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, and Restful APIs.
Proficiency with SQL to create queries.
Apple iOS Tracking and Transparency experience is a plus.
Self-sufficiency in App Development and Mobile Measurement Partners would be a huge bonus!
