Key Responsibilities:
- Product/Technical support for Asia in AI driven automation solution (PO Scanning solution)

- Liaise with vendor and central IT to solve technical issues

For our international client, we are looking for a Product Support/technical support consultant with experience in AI driven automation solutions in the eCommerce or supply chain space.
Your main task is to provide local (Asia time zone) technical support for an AI based PO scanning Solution that the client is implementing globally.
Training on the solution will be provided but experience in technical support for ecommerce AI solutions is necessary.
Candidate must be based in Asia and fluent in Chinese-mandarin.
