Key Responsibilities:

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, advertising, computer science, or related field
8+ years of experience as a digital product owner or digital product manager in retail/ecommerce
2+ years in Retail Media
Strong understanding of Reporting and Measurements experience within Ecommerce Retail
Experience, comfortability, and success working within Agile framework
Ability to communicate relevant details and influence decision making based on the audience and desired outcome, from senior leaders to individual team members responsible for execution
Strong understanding of Insights Experience: Proven background in gathering insights and converting them into actionable reporting.
Experience with Audience: A strong understanding of the audience experience in terms of data interaction and consumption.
Dashboard Management: Experience with creating, managing, and deploying dashboards.
Tools: Familiarity with PowerBI for reporting and data visualization.
Demonstrated experience building strong partnerships across teams (e.g. Product, UX, Design, eCommerce, Merchandising, and Development)
