Job Responsibilities/KRAs:

  • Analysis of Product Model: Conduct comprehensive analysis and evaluation of product model, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs, including understanding of retrospective rating plans, large deductible plans, and self-insured retentions.
  • ISO Manuals Analysis: Analyze ISO manuals for product offerings, including rates, rules, and forms, to ensure compliance and optimal product design
  • Feature Prioritization and Planning: Manage feature prioritization, participate in PI (Program Increment) planning, and oversee sprint planning to ensure timely and efficient delivery of features
  • Product Backlog Management: Maintain and manage the product backlog, ensuring requirements documentation is up-to-date, clear, and well-defined. Facilitate clarification and acceptance processes, with a focus on features related to loss sensitive policies.
  • Quality Assurance Collaboration: Work closely with QA teams to develop testing scenarios that ensure comprehensive coverage of all use cases, particularly those unique to loss sensitive insurance programs. Review QA testing results to validate product quality.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Collaborate with business analysts to develop UAT scenarios. Manage and ensure the successful execution of UAT to verify product functionality and performance
