Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Salesforce Health Cloud product backlog for payer-focused initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and refine requirements.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Partner with Salesforce admins, architects, and developers to deliver solutions.
- Ensure Health Cloud solutions meet healthcare compliance and data security standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert for payer/insurance processes such as claims, eligibility, member management, and utilization management.
- Track KPIs and outcomes to measure solution effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in healthcare domain, specifically payer/insurance space.
- Proven background as a Product Owner/Business Analyst in Salesforce or healthcare systems.
- Hands-on understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities and use cases.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
- Salesforce or Product Owner certifications are a plus.
