Summary: The role of Product Owner/Product Manager involves leading the development of data platforms within the reinsurance, actuarial, or investments sectors. The position requires strong agile/scrum experience and the ability to prioritize product deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders. The role is fully remote and classified as outside IR35, offering a competitive daily rate. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the requirements gathering process.
- Understand and map out business processes to derive your product's business logic.
- Maintain a product backlog (JIRA) and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Communicate status and progress with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with other product owners in multi-squad teams.
- Identify and monitor metrics to gather feedback and improve product and user engagement.
Key Skills:
- Experience in building data platforms.
- Strong experience working in an agile/scrum environment.
- Background in reinsurance, financial services, investments, or actuarial fields.
