Project Overview:

You'll be part of a transformative initiative to build a forward-thinking reinsurance ecosystem for a global reinsurer. Our focus is on developing bespoke, data-driven products that deliver high business value.

What You'll Do as a Product Owner:

• Solve real-world problems by deeply understanding customer pains and gains.

• Work autonomously in a cross-functional team while contributing across teams.

• Deliver business value and results with a commercial mindset.

• Lead teams through influence, not authority.

• Build greenfield products for unfamiliar industries.

• Leverage your technical and software development background.

Your Experience Should Include:

• Leading requirements-gathering processes.

• Mapping out business processes to define product business logic.

• Managing product backlogs (eg, JIRA).

• Engaging and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Aligning with other Product Owners in multi-squad teams.

• Monitoring metrics to drive product improvement and user engagement.

Ideal Behaviours:

• Own and manage prioritisation with the business and your team.

• Plan and deliver product releases.

• Track success metrics (KPIs/OKRs).
