Responsibilities
- Senior Product Owner with strong O2C/Q2C expertise, owning product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and end-to-end commercial workflows from quote/configuration through order, billing, payment, and financial reconciliation.
- Strong SaaS/Subscription & Monetization experience, including pricing, packaging, recurring revenue, tiered and usage/consumption-based pricing, prepaid models, trials, discounts, upsells, renewals, bundling, and entitlements.
- Hands-on Billing, Payments & Ecommerce expertise, including invoicing, checkout, payment processing, tax, product configuration, customer self-service, APIs, integrations, metering, and downstream finance processes.
- Strong GTM and Agile product leadership, partnering with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Engineering, Architecture, and UX to drive commercialization, product launches, KPIs, and continuous product optimization.
